Fruits: large, weight 60-70 g, up to 5 cm in diameter, slightly flattened, skin brown. Flesh light brown, firm at first, but mushy when fully ripe.

Making time: October - November. The fruits must be frozen before consumption and processing, or they must be aged longer.
