- Early Ukrainian hybrid variety of persimmon.
- It is characterized by high market quality of fruits, excellent taste, high productivity and resistance to frost.
- We recommend planting also outside wine-growing areas.
- Origin: Ukraine, breeder V.N. Woodworker
- Growth: moderately strong, in ten years the tree reaches a height of 3 m, the crown has a hemispherical shape
- Flowering date: June, this variety is self-pollinating, bears reliably even without a pollinator.
- The variety itself is an excellent pollinator.
- Fruits: flat-spherical, medium-sized, 100 g in diameter, yellow-orange to orange in color.
- When ripe, the flesh is orange, sweet and extremely tasty. The number of seeds in the pulp is 1 – 4 pcs., up to 20% of the fruits are seedless.
- Time of ripening: the fruits usually ripen already in the first half of October
- Fertility: high, we get up to 100 kg of fruit from an adult tree.
- Begins fruitfulness in the 3rd - 4th year after planting.
- Storability: under standard conditions, fruits can be stored for up to 2 months
- Resistance to diseases: reliably resists attack by pests and fungal diseases, chemical protection is not necessary during vegetation
- Resistance to frost: -24°C and above, frost protection is recommended for the first two years after planting in more northern areas
