Kudrania is a fruit tree, native to East Asia. In its homeland, it grows to a height of around 6 m. Here, it can also be grown outdoors in warm areas. When growing in our conditions, expect a height of around 3 m.
The plant bears < strong>aromatic fruit, which looks like raspberries. It has a red color and an excellent taste.
Fruits contain < strong>a large amount of antioxidants and are used in traditional medicine.
The plant is < strong>frost-resistant down to -24 °C.
Kudrania will do sunny and protected habitat.
The soil should be light, sandy, with a pH of around 7.
Plants require little care and are tolerant to drought and small amounts of nutrients.
In the first two years, it is advisable to protect the plant for the winter with e.g. non-woven fabric.
