  • Large-fruited myrobalan, which is also suitable for altitudes of 400 – 600 m.a.s.l. It comes from the Nikita Botanical Garden (breeder K. F. Kostin 1961). It is a hybrid of Obilnaya x Pionýrka myrobalan. It was bred for industrial plantings. It is also suitable for gardeners. It thrives well in the steppe soils of Ukraine. Maintains vigorous growth. It bears very much and regularly from the end of July to the beginning of August. The fruits can be eaten fresh or made into jams, juices and compotes. 
  • The variety is suitable even for cultivation in marginal areas.
