  • It is a massive, very decorative landscape tree, it belongs to the cranes. The crane - Oskeruše is a symbol of saving traditional species and varieties of fruit trees in Slovakia. 
  • It provides not only comfort and shade, but also valuable fruits and quality wood. 
  • Fruits are medium to larger in size, apple-shaped, ripen from the beginning of September to the end of October. 
  • They are most often used for the production of highly valued and health-promoting schnapps, but also for the treatment of digestive problems.
