  • Rose shriveled variety Rubra blooms from June  it has medium-sized (5-8 cm in diameter), simple, fragrant flowers of dark purple color with many deep yellow stamens in the middle. 
  • After flowering, rather massive rosehips appear in the shape of a ripe radish, orange-red to scarlet in color.
