- Feijoa is subtropical fruit provided by the "aka edible" plant. Aka grows naturally in the subtropical regions of Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. Grows as a shrub or low tree growing to 2.5 to 6 m in height. Flowers they are bisexual up to 30 mm in size, decorative. The fejchoy fruit has an ovoid or spherical shape and is about 2 to 7 cm long.
