  • Ukrainian cross of hybrid kaki (Diospyros kaki x Diospyros virginiana) with Japanese kaki Diospyros kaki. 
  • The fruits are tasty and of good quality like Japanese persimmons. It is sufficiently resistant to frost, we recommend planting it outside wine-growing areas. 
  • Crossbreeding: NIKITA´s GIFT x free pollination with unknown variety Diospyros kaki, breeder J.E. Bogdanovskij, Fedosija, Crimea Height: in ten years the tree reaches a height of 3 - 4 m Flowering date: June, parthenocarpic variety. 
  • This means that they form seedless fruits even without pollination. 
  • If the flower is pollinated, fruits with seeds are formed. 
  • Fruits: large, up to 240 g, skin color orange. 
  • When ripe, the flesh is light orange, sweet and very tasty. 
  • Ripening period: the fruits ripen from the end of October to the beginning of November 
  • Fertility: high and regular, we get up to 60 kg of fruit from an adult tree. 
  • Begins fruitfulness in the third to fourth year after planting. 
  • Storability: under standard conditions, the fruits can be stored until mid-January 
  • Resistance to diseases: reliably resists attack by pests and fungal diseases, chemical protection is not necessary during vegetation 
  • Frost resistance: -24°C to -25°C, frost protection is recommended for the first two years after planting in more northern areas
