  • Pojarkova's hawthorn ´Aurea´ - Crataegus Pojarkovae ´Aurea´ has yellow fruits with a pleasant taste, they ripen at the end of September to the beginning of October. 
  • The fruits can be eaten directly, or after halving they can be dried or candied. 
  • It was previously referred to as a subspecies of eastern hawthorn. 
  • Shrubs or trees of this species are undemanding and suitable as an ornamental element of the garden. 
  • The tree grows up to 3-5 m. 
  • This subspecies comes from the Crimea, from the Karadag mountains. The species is fully frost-resistant in our country.
